The basic rule
Use Obrasken lawfully, and do not use it to harm people. This policy applies to prompts, uploads, generated output, and anything you publish through the platform. It applies in addition to the rules of whichever AI provider fulfils your request.
Never allowed
These result in immediate action, without a warning first.
- Sexual content involving minors, or any sexualisation of a person under 18 — including stylised, drawn, or AI-generated depictions. We report this to the appropriate authorities.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, including undressing or sexualising a real person without their consent.
- Content that sexually exploits or endangers a child in any way.
- Material that incites or facilitates terrorism or mass violence, or provides instructions for weapons intended for mass harm.
- Content designed to facilitate serious crime, including fraud, trafficking, or the manufacture of illegal drugs or weapons.
Not allowed
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or targeted abuse of a person or group.
- Hate speech, or content that demeans people based on a protected characteristic.
- Deceptive impersonation of a real person or organisation, including voice cloning without consent and synthetic media presented as authentic.
- Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
- Deliberate misinformation about elections, voting, or public health.
- Infringing reproduction of protected brands, logos, characters, or artwork.
- Graphic gore or shock content created to distress.
Restricted — permitted with care
- Depictions of real public figures: allowed for commentary, satire, and criticism, but not to fabricate statements or events presented as real.
- Adult content between consenting adults: subject to provider rules, which may prohibit it regardless of our position. Never involving anyone who appears under 18.
- Political and advocacy material: allowed, but must not impersonate a candidate or official body.
- Medical, legal, and financial themes: allowed creatively, but do not present AI output as professional advice.
Platform integrity
- Do not attempt to bypass safety filters, rate limits, or credit accounting.
- Do not scrape, resell, sublicense, or share account access.
- Do not probe, scan, or attack the platform's security, and do not upload malware.
- Do not automate access in a way that degrades the service for others.
- Do not create multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits.
Good-faith security research is welcome — report findings to support@obrasken.com rather than exploiting them.
How we enforce this
Proportionate, and with an appeal — except for the categories in section 2.
| Situation | Typical response |
|---|---|
| First minor issue | The request is blocked, and we explain why |
| Repeated minor issues | Feature restriction or a temporary limit |
| Serious breach | Content removal and account suspension |
| Section 2 content, or repeat serious breach | Immediate termination, and referral to authorities where required |
Automated systems may block a request in the moment. If you believe a block or an enforcement decision is wrong, email support@obrasken.com and a person will review it. We aim to respond within 5 business days, and we do reverse decisions when we get them wrong.
You can report violating content from any tool or via Support.
